Spinrite is the largest craft yarn and sewing thread company in North America. As an industry leader focused on driving growth and execution excellence, we are looking for an eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator to join our growing eCommerce team.
Reporting to the eCommerce Business Manager, the eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the selected eCommerce products in the Spinrite portfolio are available on the Retailer websites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the new SKU setup process from an operational and merchandising perspective. Create products in both eCommerce software system as well as retailer portals, ensuring information flows between all systems.
- Be the secondary user within eCommerce software system (eTail) and be a “go to” for maintenance and updates.
- Work with eCommerce and Marketing Teams to execute all listings for aligned launch dates.
- Own the online catalog for Spinrite across all Retailer accounts for internal system (eTail) as well as external portals such as Walmart.com, Walmart.ca, Michaels.com, Target.com, Costco.com, Shein and new online accounts.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong listening, communication (oral and written) and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and timeliness in handling time sensitive tasks.
- Strong data management skills.
- Must be a quick learner and a strong team player.
- Strong computer skills in applications including:
o Microsoft Office Word
o Microsoft Outlook
o Adobe
o Access
o Excel
- 1-2 years’ experience in Online Merchandising, Digital Shelf, Content CMS, eCommerce, Consumer Products sold online
- Experience with VMS Software, Retail Link, Commerce Hub, WMS.
- Experience with PIM, DAM, Digital Shelf Analytics is considered an asset.
- College or University Diploma in Business.
