Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager this individual will be responsible to ensure quality and timely delivery of products to support the launch of new product to the North America Market. Develop and maintain promotional assembly plans, including in-line retail store resets ( Planogram and Modular Kits) by effective project management of Supply Chain and Commercial functions which support all product launches.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintains best in class customer service and new product supply by contributing information through launch gate process and S&OP process.
  • Own the on time/in full shipment results by coordinating promotional planning activities for programs assigned by manager. This includes building cross functional partnerships, monitoring sales forecasts, inventory availability, available capacity, and scheduling assembly operations to meet customer ship dates.
  • Track development and changes of new product launches and promotional plans by each sales account, manage timelines and create monthly executive summaries with changes.
  • Partner with Sales team to ensure customer requested information (volume, ship date, in-store date etc.) aligns with forecast in PBI and production systems.
  • Monitor success of each program assigned along with merchandising POG/MOD reset timing impact and track set date implementation by customer / store.
  • Maintain supporting infrastructure by facilitating cross-functional alignment meetings to ensure fluid communication and end to end support.
  • Maintain positive working relationship with our corporate and external suppliers; providing timely updates and expediting supplies when required by focusing on best cost options.
  • Work with customer teams to develop labels / stickers / display materials/ fixtures etc.
  • Prepare post promotional analysis and communicate findings, gaps, and action plan with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to process improvement of system tools, people and processes that support the Supply Chain team.
  • End to end ownership on opportunities for improvement and participate in projects focused on enhancement and progress
  • Participate in monthly inventory review cycle and actively contribute to reduce/eliminate excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Support marketing and sales with development of merchandising plan, promotional calendars with supply chain lens of key deliverables.
  • Provide ongoing updates to cross functional team on supply stage gate milestones and planning timelines.
  • Work in a safe manner and meet company safety requirements.
  • Support Supply Chain team with special projects and continuous improvement processes.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a planning environment (within an ERP system)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Power BI and Access Database to collate and manipulate data sets to analyze
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) Education Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Certified Production & Inventory Management accreditation or other relevant certification is advantageous
